IRIS is recommended for ages 5 and older. Anyone 2 years of age or older must have a ticket.

Box Office is closed on certain holidays.
The
Box office accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Discover Card. No phone orders will
be taken at the Kodak Theatre Box Office.

sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
The
Kodak Theatre welcomes children of all ages
to its family events. However, unless otherwise
stated, all patrons, regardless of age, must
have a ticket for all performances.
The use of cameras or recording devices of
any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes
all 35mm, video, digital, digital video and
cellular phone devices.
All patrons are subject to a security check.
Late seating is at the discretion of theatre management and policies may vary from performance to performance, due to specific artist requests or requirements. Late seating is timed to minimize disruption to the experience of patrons who are already seated.
To report lost tickets and arrange for replacement
tickets, please contact the point of ticket
purchase.
The Kodak Theatre is a non smoking facility.
Smoking areas are located outside of the theatre
