How do I buy tickets?
Tickets to events at Kodak Theatre can be purchased at the box office or through Ticketmaster. Click here for detailed information and ticket policies.

Does my child need a ticket?
Yes. In respect for patron safety and comfort, every person entering the Kodak Theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket for the performance.

How old must children be before they may attend a performance?
Minors not accompanied by a parent or guardian will not be granted admission to shows that the theatre considers inappropriate for minors. Kodak Theatre reserves the right to deny admission to or to remove a child and their accompanying parent or guardian from the auditorium should the child conduct him/herself in a manner that disrupts the experience of other patrons. Kodak Theatre has a limited number of booster seats available, which are distributed from the guest services area on Lobby Level 2.

I did not receive/misplaced my tickets. What should I do?

Tickets are the best evidence of entitlement to a seat. If someone else arrives with a ticket to a seat claimed by you, we shall do our best to make the appropriate decision based upon the circumstances.

What facilities do you have to accommodate people with disabilities or special needs?
The Kodak Theatre is committed to providing superior service to all patrons and takes all reasonable measures to accommodate guests with disabilities. Please alert the theatre of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase. Where can I park?
Parking for Kodak Theatre is at the Hollywood & Highland Center structure. Enter on Highland Avenue next to the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, north of Hollywood Blvd. Rates are posted at each entrance. Please note that, although Kodak Theatre is unable to validate parking, the retail and dining establishments within the complex offer discount validation.

What time does the theatre open for performances?
The main doors on Lobby Levels 1 and 2 usually open one hour prior to the performance time printed on your event ticket.

What is your policy on late seating?
Our ushers use their discretion and heed the artists’ requests in seating patrons arriving late. They time late seating to minimize any disruption to the experience of patrons who are already seated. The late seating policy may vary from performance to performance.

What should I wear to the theatre?
Please dress appropriately to the event and how you feel comfortable. Our patrons come dressed in everything from jeans to suits to eveningwear.

Do you have a coat check area?
Coat Check is located on Lobby Level 2.

Can I take pictures during the show?
The use of cameras or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes all 35mm, video, digital, digital video and cellular phone devices.

Is there a smoking section in the theatre?
Smoking areas are located outside the facility on each lobby level.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the theatre?
The Kodak Theatre does not allow patrons to bring any outside food or beverage into the theatre, with the exception of special accessibility circumstances. Concession areas on every level sell a wide variety of beverages and light refreshments prior to performance and during intermission.

Can I take refreshments into the auditorium?
This policy varies from show to show. Please ask your bartender or an usher about the evening’s policy.

Do you have a lost and found?
All lost and found items are taken to the guest services area on Lobby Level 2 during a performance or event. Post event lost and found inquiries should be directed to our customer service representative at 323-308-6300.

What is Kodak Theatre’s re-entry policy?
Re-entry policies vary from show to show. Always check with an usher before leaving the theatre for any reason to ensure that you will be allowed to re-enter.

What are Kodak Theatre’s security policies?
All guests at Kodak Theatre are subject to a security check.

How do I find out about employment opportunites at Kodak Theatre?
Applications for part time positions may be picked up during business hours from the administration office at Kodak Theatre. We will contact qualified applicants as positions become available.
