ACCESSIBILITY


The Kodak Theatre is committed to providing
superior service to all patrons and takes all reasonable measures to accommodate guests
with disabilities.

• Wheelchair and special seating is available for purchase through the Kodak Theatre box office, either in person or by phoning Kodak Theatre at (323) 308-6300. Courtesy wheelchairs are available free of charge at the coat check on Lobby Level 2, or by requesting assistance from the Event Manager on duty. Kodak Theatre is equipped with accessible bathrooms on all seating levels. Accessible parking is available in the structure directly below the Kodak Theatre with access from Highland Avenue or Orange Street.

• The Kodak Theatre’s TTY line for the hearing impaired is (323) 308-6366. Assistive Listing Devices are available free of charge and may be obtained from the 2nd level coat check, or by requesting assistance from the Event Manager on duty.

• ASL interpreted performances for the hearing impaired are scheduled for select events. The Kodak Theatre requires at least two weeks notice to provide large print programs or an ASL interpreter. Please contact Kodak Theatre’s Director of Events and accessibility representative, Sergio Ruezga, at (323) 308-6375 or ruezgas@kodaktheatre.com to make arrangements. Services are not guaranteed for all events, but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.

• In the event a guest needs to bring their own food and beverage into the theatre due to special dietary needs, religious requirements or medical conditions, please arrange to present an ADA Compliance Officer-issued letter of exemption upon entrance into the theatre. Exceptions will be made whenever possible, in cooperation with production requirements
